Whether there’s a certain team you’re rooting for in the upcoming Super Bowl, or you’re just invested in the commercials, one thing is for sure: You’ll need snacks! If I’m being completely honest, the food is really the most important part. We always have the traditional game day staples like wings and pizza, but I also like to add in some simple snacks and a great dip. Today I’m sharing a few super easy, and yummy, snack ideas, and a great dip recipe.

If you’ve never tried flavored sunflower seeds, you don’t know what you’re missing! These pepperoni pizza flavored seeds are insanely delicious and bursting with flavor. Not only does my son love eating these yummy sunflower seeds on the field, they’re also a great snack to keep on hand for game-watching. Just pop some in a bowl or enjoy them right out of the bag. Either way they’re sure to be a hit!

Dorot Gardens Frozen Herbs and Garlic

What game day would be complete without a great dip? Today I’m sharing my favorite easy spinach and artichoke dip recipe with you guys, that also happens to include the greatest cooking hack ever! If you aren’t familiar with Dorot products, allow me to blow your mind. Dorot Gardens makes pre-portioned fresh frozen herbs and garlic. Not only do their products have a two year shelf-life, but they also take the guessing out of measuring which makes things a whole lot easier. For example, one cube of garlic is equivalent to one clove. Above and beyond all of this, their products make meal preparation a cinch by removing the need to dice, mince, or chop. These fresh herbs + garlic and onions are so convenient to use and super flavorful.

Dorot Gardens offers:

Crushed Garlic

Crushed Ginger

Chopped Basil

Sauteed Onions

Crushed Turmeric

Chopped Parsley

Chopped Cilantro

Chopped Dill

Coincidentally, I love using Dorot Gardens Crushed Garlic in my spinach artichoke dip, and here’s the recipe:

Easy Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:

8 ounces of cream cheese, softened

¼ cup of mayonnaise

¼ cup of sour cream or plain Greek yogurt

2 cubes of Dorot crushed garlic

½ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup of shredded parmesan cheese

1 can of artichokes, drained and chopped

10 ounces of frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray an 8×8 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, and cheeses.
  3. Stir in artichokes and spinach.
  4. Spread into baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Serve with crackers, tortilla chips, bread, or veggies.
